VALEN is built around the principle that a client’s information should remain under their control. This page describes, in general terms, how information submitted through this website is handled.

Enquiry information

Details submitted through the consultation form are used solely to assess and respond to the enquiry. They are not sold, and are not used for unrelated marketing.

Client environments

Information observed by a deployed VALEN system remains within the owner’s controlled environment, governed by the permissions and policies agreed during configuration.

Questions regarding privacy may be raised through the contact page. Please do not submit credentials, security configurations or other highly sensitive information.
